I used one in my '65 E-Type, and it worked great.=C2=A0 Never had a proble=
m and spun the engine much faster than the stock starter.=C2=A0 The old sta=
rter makes a good display item for your workshop.=C2=A0 I'll never use anot=
her one in the car.=C2=A0 I also used one in my TR-4 race car (13:1 compres=
sion ratio) and my TR-3A street car.=C2=A0 Never a problem with any of them=

ype has decided to 'click' rather than start. The classic whack with a hamm=
er hasn't helped. And since it's its an automatic, I can't roll-start it.
