I asked him last year and he said the publishers had decided to hold it
over as they didn't see much of a market! That said, he also said he
hadn't finished the rewrite.
I only have a photocopy of the original and would gladly pay real money,
(well, 20-25UKP), for a "proper" book. IMHO it is the most useful of all
the morgan books.
