Howdy!-My Mog has an early 1600 crossflow engine with the miserable paper
element/cannister oil filter. I would love to change this to a spin-on
filter with an adapter such as I've seen for Triumph engines.(and
without replacing the oil pump, oil cooler sandwich plate, etc.etc.)I saw
a blurb in Thoroughbred and Classics magazine for such an adapter for
Ford 100E engines, manufactured by Flexolite in England. Does anyone know
if 1) Flexolite has any sales agents in the U.S.? and 2)Do the have such
an adaptor for the early 1600's, or does the 100E adaptor work? Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
