Jon, you don't mention what year Morgan you want to maintain.  I have an 
older one and that is one of the best things about it.  You don't need a 
lot of special tools (although you may find an odd "wentworth" fastener 
here and there).  A good set of (inches) box wrenches, adjustable spanner 
and screwdrivers will be a good start.  A grease gun is a must. Feeler 
guage will be needed for valves and points.

Other very simple home made tools can be made to help with tune ups.  You 
can use a 12volt lamp to set the timing on a car with points.  Use a 2' 
piece of fuel line to syncronize the dual SU carbs.

Look for some older english car repair manuals in your local library and 
see how it was done.  If you Morgan is newer, things can be more 
complicated...
