Can't speak for the Zetec-engined cars, of course, but rest assured that the Land Rover-engined Plus 8's of all vintages are Y2K-compliant as they contain no dating information in their computers. Perhaps we should rejoice for one more reason that no Japanese engines were used since these most likely have dating information in their service engine warning lights! William G.
