I just checked several of my books and they don't mention either of the
torques specifications.  It's been a while since I've been into the rear
end of my Morgan.  If the nut is to hold the hub to the axle them my guess 
is about 100 ft lbs.  My Bricklin has a splined and keyed rear hub and the
specs on it are about 165 ft lbs.

The backing plate isn't critical, and these bolts are about 1/2" so my guess
would be about 12 to 15 ft lbs.  I believe I used a 3/8" drive ratchet and
pulled them up tight.

On my 4/4 both the brake and Clutch MC were natural aluminumn.
