They deny all liability, since it was inoperable. They never mentioned that
clause before. But, upon delivery, they produced a contract for me to sign,
waiving their responsibility - I didn't sign it until I had crossed-out the
offending portions and had them initial it. I suspect it will be law-suit
time soon.
