Ask the nice lady to open her Resto package to page 53. She will learn:
5 is Kansas City assy plant
J is 1951
P is half ton
L is Dec (note this would be built in Dec of 1950 as a 1951 model)
3999 is the sequence for half tons built in Dec at that plant. The sequence
restarts every month for every series, so they all have low numbers.
