The button that does this on mine is labelled "T/F" (for "Time/Frequency")
but if it's missing you might as well forget about setting the time. Maybe
you could stick a ballpoint in there, I dunno, but no big loss, as the
display is so lousy you can't see it from more than 6 inches away, anyhow.

Anyone considering purchase of one of these units, the best thing I can say
about them is they work, and they fit. But they sure look better in the ads
than they do in the dash of your truck. Knobs on mine cracked and fell off,
and guess what? Custom Autosound doesn't sell parts. I looked for months,
the split shaft is hard to find knobs for. Finally talked a swap meet dealer
out of a pair from a new radio.
