[oletrucks] Spring center bolt

Does anyone know what type of material the spring center bolts are? I'm
in the middle of putting teflon slides in my springs and the old bolts
are too short. I'm tempted to go buy some grade 8 allen caps but wonder
if they should be hardened steel.
