Hi everyone:
Went to the Portland Swap meet on Sat. Lots of stuff to see. Saw a '57
suburban 4x4 conversion that sold for $7500, a 56 2wd 3100 (minus eng,
trans, and most of the dash) sold for $300, and a 56 GMC 2wd for $750.
For you NAPCO people out there, I talked to Dave Wold finally who has
collected NAPCO stuff for about 30 years. I can forward his number to
anyone who is interested.
Overall, there were good deals to be had if you knew what you were buying
and looking for. This was my first one, so it is hard not be a little
excited.
