If anyone is looking for Michigan license plates, let me know as I have a
contact that has virtually all the years and will also restore them to
perfection.  All at a reasonable price.  he has done plates for all of my
vehicles, from '32 to '68.  He even had a set of '58 truck plates for my
GMC (these are fairly rare).
