The owners manual and the instructions that came with the new tube both say
to use "Vegetable based detergent" on the bead of the tire, so that it will
slip easily onto the rim and so that the tire will not stick to the wheel.
What is "vegetable based detergent"?
Does anyone have a brand name or recipe for it that preferably does not
include water, phosphates, silicone or petroleum products?
