Hi Bill
I use a makita 4 inch hand held offset grinder with a cutoff wheel.
works well for cutting out rusted panels.
it is a depressed center and the cutoff wheels are flat, but just turn
the nut over and it works good.
i also used it to cut the wheel areas and tailgate areas on my new
box sides that i had rolled locally.
