[oletrucks] manual starter crank question

Hi gang: just curious. Under my 51 chev deluxe seat, I found a motor 
crank - the handle to manually turn the motor from under thr grill.  I see 
a hole but the crank doesn't fit it.  Does anyone know if these trucks 
came with these cranks?  Or if manual cranking was even an option for 
51?
