[oletrucks] wheel studs

I recently went in to the tire shop to get new tires for my '54 Chevy's
16" rims. When I went in, one of the studs on my left rear wheel was
already broken off. When I left, the stud right next to it was also
broken off. Now, I figure it's not a good idea to be running on four of
six studs, especially if the missing ones are right next to each other.
I happen to have an extra wheel, somewhat rusty but otherwise looking
fine. So I ask you guys:
Can individual studs be replaced, or will the tire shop's mechanic have to
clean up and install my extra wheel?

Thanks in advance,
