  Jeff,

  From what I know about  it (my Dad swears by Rustoleum) you'll also need to 
use a compatible paint, apparenty Rustoleum has fishoil in it and he's always 
used a Rustoleum top paint with it, don't know exactly what would happen if 
you used anything else, but just going by what my Dad does.
