Terry,

I should have been clearer. The PO had taken it all apart.
He was going to restore it, but realized he didn't have the money or time to
do it.
I've got boxes and bags of parts and hardware, some of it is even labeled.
But I'm pretty sure most of it's all there.

Please explain what you mean by "kit form".  I have never heard of this.
