Here's the number

Started on it today. Got it converted to 12v, got it started, but
still have it wired pos ground. Should I convert to neg ground?
The small metal covered fuel line below the cab leaks, i will try to
find one tomorrow at the store.
The rims have a 2 inch wide band in the middle. Are these the safe
wheels? They center band is split right at the valve stem.
