Joseph,
I have ordered some things from Zigs. Most recently my MII IFS stuff.
I didn't buy the kit your talking about becouse I wanted to mix and match
some parts, but I did get my rack and crossmember from them. And was planning
to buy more.
The only trouble I had was that I have asked for a catalog 3 times, and
still don't have one. Even though this last order it was on the invoice, so I
paid for it.
Also they sent me the wrong rack extender, which by the way I ordered
COD(the rack and extender). After a week waiting for a call to tell me the
total price so I could have a M.O. ready I called them. They said they would
call me right back. They never did so Monday I called again. They said again
they would call again, Tuesday I re-called. This time they said they had
charged it to my VISA since they had it on record. OK I guess.
But waiting 5 weeks on the rack extender re-placement was a drag. Plus
they were un-willing to pay for the shipping on the re-turn of the wrong
extender.
In their defense they are a out-let store, and so they were waiting on
the extender just as I was.

The very best company I have dealt with by far is Total Cost Involved.
This is what Ziggs sells, but I now have gone directly to them. I ordered my
rotors and stuff from TCI, and when they came the races were installed
backwards. I called and they said re-turn them, and they sent another set out
the same day. Plus they gave me a credit on my card for the re-turn shipping.

TCI will sell you the same kit Ziggs does direct from them for:
$1,795.00.
Is a 100 bucks worth dealing straight with the maker? Up to you, but for me
it is.
BTW I am VERY happy with the way the kit went together.
