[oletrucks] Airbrush fun.

Some months ago, Harbor Freight had a sale on cheap air brushes. They were
probably less than $10. So even though I associated airbrushes with 70s
vans painted with buxom sirens in improbable landscapes, I bought one.

Yesterday I had some little paint jobs to do. Painting small brackets, a
heater core, some bolts, and touching up some larger pieces. I had been
putting this off for a while because even though I use a small jamb gun for
these jobs, it still wastes a lot of paint and is cumbersome to clean
between colors. As I was setting up, I saw the little airbrush sitting in
its unopened box, and the light went on.

I really liked it. Tiny little reservoir (although it also came with a
larger one) means that it doesn't waste paint. Very easy to take apart and
clean. Nice smooth paint delivery, spraying a fan about an inch wide..

It wasn't very adjustable, not like the $300 units you can use to paint the
lines on a speedometer. But for around $10 it was great. I strongly
recommend them to you.

Regards,

Grant S.
