1. What are my options on improving voltage? Can I keep the 6 volt system
and go to an 8 volt battery and control the regulator? I am not sure I want
to got to 12 volt as I am keeping it pretty stock.
2. Anybody got a good 3 speed for sale? I have a later rear end for
improved road speed but need a tranny. I have a 4 speed from a 46 1.5 ton
but believe it may be geared too low (don't know yet).
3. Can a 5 lug drum be converted to a 6 lug? I have the 6 lug front and my
rear is 5 lug. Suggestions for locating wheels that are 5 lug that take the
hubcap? That would cover the lugs and since this is not for show, I don't
really need perfection. I want function over show.
