Tell her the torch is for quick-roasting chile peppers, your latest
health-conscious effort. Roasting anything like chiles or even red & yellow
bell peppers should be high on a  person's nutrition plan!!! Anyway, my wife
bought it (literally)!!!! Spicy cooking and happy torching!!!
