How does this product work?  Does it remove or lock the rust?  Does is seal or
does it have to be painted right a way.  Like an etching primer?

I have used this Extend product and am also very very pleased with the
results. In my opionion--best stuff made. Kinda expensive, I beleive when I
bought mine, or rather took what was left over from a work project it was
about 100 bucks a gallon, but last forever. I took home 1/2 and still have
some left.     wayne
