Joshua,

I ordered a disk brake conversion kit for my 51 3100 from Chevy Duty
and as I expected it was just the brackets. I still have to get the inner
bearing (I think it the inner one, but they tell me in the instructions),
the roters and calipers from a ~75 Chevelle or malibu (again, they tell you
in the instructions). I have not bought the extra pieces or tried to put
it all together yet, but the answer to your questions is yes, you have to
buy additional parts. I really don't know about the cost of the additional
parts but the kit was just over $100. I don't know about the power
steering kit but I guess that I will find out some day soon (several weeks
or months . . .).

When you order a disc brake kit or a power steering conversion kit
does it come with everything that you need or do you have to go out
and buy more stuff.

If so can somebody who has recently done one or both of these
give me an estimate on how much each one cost and the amount of
work involved in both.

Thanks,

Josh
