Whitney,

Thanks, but no luck on the emerald green paint.  Bill says that the recipe
for this paint is not in his files.  He manufactures nitrocellulose lacquers
and other stuff for old vehicles.  His web site is www.hirschauto.com .

Other ideas on emerald green?
