Here in Waupun, Wisconsin we have idiot neighbors too.  Because I live down
town and don't have a garage I work on my truck in the parking lot behind my
shop.  I've had the cops by several times telling me that the neighbors
object to me working out there on a Sunday afternoon.  Well since I also
letter all the police cars in town I don't get to worked up about it.  The
laws around here state that any vehicle without valid plates is considered
abandoned even if it is in your own yard.  When did we lose control of our
own property?  Just be glad that Al Gore didn't win or we would all be
outlaws because we drive trucks with internal combustion engines!
