[oletrucks] Rotating radials

Mark--

In the 70s, American tire makers did not know how to
make radials that would stay together, so you had to
keep them going one direction only.  Since then,
they've figured it out (except the folks in Decatur
Firestone plant), and you can rotate them however
you want...direction doesn't matter.
