I have my seat down to just the frame and springs with some old
foam/padding. I called around to see how much they'd charge to possibly
replace some/all of the foam/padding and get a new cloth, pleated seat
material put on. They're saying around $450-500. Isn't that really
expensive? I'm wondering if I should just go buy some foam myself (it's not
missing anything big, just old), then buy some sort of cover? I'd like to
get a light gray cloth material (doesn't have to be original). Would
getting a cover like out of LMC truck be close to having an upholstery place
do it?
