Go to your local body shop paint supplier (Dupont, SWP, PPG, etc.) and
get the two package urethane paint used on modern non-metal flexible
front ends (bumpers).  They can probably tint a base to any color you
want.  This urethane paint is very flexible and mar resistant. You will
also need the proper primer that will be specified by the paint
manufacturer.
Be sure to read all the directions and safety handling warnings before
mixing and spraying.
