Mark,
The ball joint extender is basically a ball joint with a taller housing.
When it's installed in the lower a-arm it has the same effect as a dropped
spindle....."it moves the spindle centerline higher up on the frame"
lowering the vehicle.
I believe that it's being sold by either Fatman Fabrications or Fat Fendered
Street Rods.
Your looking at a few hundred for this special ball joint.
Now if it was me.............."I would have "have" raised the crossmember in
the frame during the installation process and had my own drop right from the
start".
