[oletrucks] Panel Bed strips...length??

I've just received my new bed strips from Jim Carter's....the part
number looks right (BP500) but the length is not.  My old strips (and
wood) are 82" and the strips they sent are 79 1/2"....would somone
else with a '49 half-ton Panel please measure their bed strips/wood
and report the findings...
