[oletrucks] inner window trim for AD

I am having trouble installing the inner trim rings around the window
opening in my 49 panel.  Are there any tricks that may help get these in?
One way they tend to be too tight and the window scrapes the sides, another
way and they do not give much support to the channel.
oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959
