Bow Tie Bits (www.bowtiebits.com) sells reconditioned heater cores (maybe 
fans too?).  Haven't bought anything from them yet but they're very 
knowledgeable and friendly.  Chevy Duty, Brothers and others sell the dash 
bezels, cables, knobs, etc. but I have yet to see someone that sells 
everything in a package.  Good luck!
