To all who wondered -----
"Cheater Slicks" came about because it is illegal to run tires without
tread (drag slicks) on the streets and highways of some states.
(California). So they put a tread on wide footprint drag slicks for
street use and called them "cheater slicks".
Thats my story and I'm stickin' to it!
