I have completed my cab and want to drive the truck.
During the restoration, oil was leaking from the differential
constantly.
Assuming that the seal at the trans is allowing trans fluid to dreain
down to the
pumpkin..............
1. Will the oil level in the trans be too low to drive and lubricate
it properly
2. I replaced the trans just before working on the cab.
       Could I have overfilled it.
3. How can I ""accurately "" check the fluid in the trans.

I intend to pull the rear, including the enclosed drive shaft and
replace all the seals.
I just want to drive it locally for parts runs until that time.
