[oletrucks] manifold help #

When looking for a replacement stock exhaust manifold..the numbers on the 
face of the existing one are GM 18 and under that is worn out but something 
like ..
G8866SY or 88866SY or possibly 688668Y.  On the back side  14 and L124.
Anyway without bolting  old stuff to the replacement stuff any guesses as to 
what I'm looking for, what does it say in english,   and do you have one?
