What year are we talking about? Chevrolet or GMC?

Chevrolet never offered a 5 lug on a 2-1/2 ton truck. The 2-1/2 ton Heavy
Duty trucks were first offered in 1956 as series 7000, 8000, 9000 & 10000
and all came with 6 lug and a 8-3/4" center hole. The 1-1/2 ton 4000 series
had a 5 lug Front and 10 lug Rear with a 7-1/4" wheel center hole. Your 8
lug rims have a 6-1/2" center hole.

Not sure how to make it work...
