I am looking for some comments from truckers with both power and non-power
steering. My 54 1/2 ton 3100 will have a MII front end, a four bar rear
suspension, 350 auto, etc. Some of the parts dealers are trying to persuade
me to not use power steering. As my truck will be a daily driver I am
looking for all of the comforts of a modern vehicle and am seeking the
opinions and advice of current owners. The willingness of the membership to
help each other has always been impressive and I thank you in advance for
your suggestions.
