[oletrucks] Anyone used a V8 T-5?

I have read most of the tech pages for T-5 conversions. Most talk about
using the 14 spline input shaft. Jack Halton's mentioned using a 26 spline
input. Has anyone used a V8 or 2.95 first gear ratio T-5 with the 26 spline?
Is it easier or harder to find a disc to work?
