Its called a 'clutch head' and while you might find one at a parts or tool
store, they aren't real common.  I bought a set from ChevyDuty and I've seen
them advertised by some of the other old truck vendors.

Twice so far I've come up with a need for a special type of
"screwdriver"....I've seen in on the hood latch plate on my truck, and the
plate on the floor at the  bottom of the steering column.  Some type of hex
thing, looks oval with two points in the middle, maybe better described like
the number 8 but with the middle part of the 8 erased.  Is this a special
order tool, or can i find it at NAPA...and what is it called so I don't
sound so silly the next time I ask about it.
