[oletrucks] Lifters in a 235

Once again I am tearing down my 235 and I am having a lot of trouble getting 
the lifters out.  They are just jammed in.  Any suggestions?

Keep in mind, this engine was seized.  Several of the pushrods I had to put a 
lot off effort in just to pull them out.  They sludge was dried and very hard 
in some areas.
