I'm having a problem adjusting the hood on my '53 Chevy 1/2 ton. Maybe
somebody has been through this:
I've installed the hood and the hinges, but not the springs. The hood is
aligned, closes and latches and looks excellent - until I hook up the return
springs. Then the hood is being pushed up in the back as it fits across the
cab. Without the springs, it fits perfect, with the springs, it won't close
down completely along the back edge. Any ideas?
