Went to the VA car show in Loma Linda, CA (Just outside of San Bernardino) the
other day. Great weather, really decent turn out (approx. 750 vehicles)
considering that half of the mountains had just burned down.

There was an absolutely beautiful '54 3100 pickup there. It was orange and
white.. It was running a Mor Drop 3' dropped axle with mono leafs in the
front. Beautful stance. The owner used Zolatone to line his bedsides.
Really looked slick. He had done something really trick with his firewall.
He used butcher paper to make templates of the inset areas. Then transferred
that to about 1/8" thick stainless steel. Cut hte SS with his sawzall and
then polished the SS to mirror like finish. This really gave it kind of a
hich tech look. Cool idea.

I was in LaLa land and went off with out getting his name.

Are any of you guys him? Or would any of you know the man?

P.S. Just to add the the Cool of this truck, he was running the inline 6.
Awesome!!
