I don't know what you are looking for but the local Fleet Farm store
has crimp on spade lug and socket terminals for that sized wire.
The plastic part for that sized terminal is yellow. This would
allow you to unplug them individually.
Radio Shack has Molex connectors that allow you to gang up to 12
wires into plugs and sockets. They should be able to handle 10 and
12 guage wires.
You could use just a plain old 3 wire household plug and socket if
you only have three wires.
None of these are weather tight, however. Some shrink tube or electrical
tape might help.
There are industrial supply outfits that make water tight plug connections
for these types of wires. You may have to go to an industrial electrical
supply firm to get them. One manufacturer is Brad Harrison. For
