[oletrucks] Serial Numbers

I am trying to get a new title for my p/u, but the number on the door plate
does not appear to be a "good number" in the Texas DOT computer.

Can anyone tell me why not, or what's wrong?

Any references to the quality of the Texas DOT computer have already been
discussed in detail----but not with them!

Any and all help would be appreciated
