eBay auction. I believe these beasties are hard to find so I want 16
for myself. The seller says he has 38 total and I can have any amount
that I want from 16 to 38. I'm a little concerned what they actually
fit because the package says 287,317,347,370,389 and my GMC Master Parts
Book shows a different part number for the 287 ball and arm than for the
317 (316 GMC), 347 and 370 (336 GMC). The same book also shows a
different part number for the stud that the ball/arm mounts on for the
287 than all the rest.
If there is anyone else out there that would like some let me know how
many you need by Monday 2/28/05 @ 09:00 CST. I'll let them go for the
same $3.50 + shipping per arm/ball + shipping from me to you that I am
paying. I'm taking a chance on 16 of these being proper for my '57 347"
engine. If you decide to buy some, you'd be taking the same chance.
