if your truck is set up for a v-8 then the cheapest solution is to use
another v-8. trying to convert to a 6 or other engine will probably cost
more even if the engine is free. try a junkyard engine, they garentee to not
knock or smoke for 30 days. if it's a straight swap you can do it in a day.
350 is still chevys best engine.
