[oletrucks] steering box gasket

use gasket material, they sell it at parts stores.  should be a medium
thick paper type.  One trick is to hold the gasket material over the
steering box, and use the round end of a ballpien hammer to "cut" the
gasket around the sharp edge of the casting.
