[oletrucks] Tubing Bender

Can anyone suggest a source of bent one inch square tubing?  I am  looking 
for two sections of tubing bent at a 95 degree angle and a 4 inch  radius.  I 
will then weld these sections into a new seat frame that will  support modern 
seats with integral shoulder harness.
 
Please provide potential sources or let me know if you have the equipment  
and would be willing to make two pieces up.
